This entire purchase has been a nightmare. They damaged the doorframe bringing in the refrigerator, one man came to install the microwave and dented the vent (chipped the cabinet, also), the control panel on the microwave never was right and it took THREE months to get a new one, the person that installed the dishwasher left the hose too long and when another person came to fix that-he broke the soap dispenser!
When the new vent for the microwave FINALLY arrived, it was in worse shape than the dented one.
The GE Rep became involved and SIX vents later (all with defects) he told me to go back to PioneerApp.Co.
When I spoke with David today and told him that I did not buy from a scratch and dent place I was told I was too picky!
I paid over $5,000 for the four appliances and didn't think I was buying JUNK!
I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and it seems that anything we buy today is JUNK.
