I placed ordered 42" Sony on this website recieved email to call confirm order, when I called sale reps named Jeff stated 42" Toshiba is better, gave a model numbers I checked on Toshiba website and local retail eletrinic stores do not find any match of this model. I email to cancel order and follow up by calling. I talked to Jeff angain he gave me all kinds of excuses and offer other 40" Sony lcd which I do not want. He cursed BS and very rude. Do not do bussines with this websit, they do not have item that you order. Charles, Florence ky.
