I was ripped off by Pierre Prophete ([email protected]) and John Kimball ([email protected]) of Sun Electronics. I found Sun Electronics through internet, here is their website http://www.sunelec.com/
Pierre Prophete offered me ridiculously low prices, so I went for it and ordered from them.
Pierre Prophete said they didn't take credit cards, so I had to pay in advance by check. This is part of their ploy. If people paid by credit card, they could do charge-back after they looked at what was shipped to them (if anything).
After the check cleared, it took Pierre Prophete forever to ship the stuff. I had to call and call, and be pushed around by both Pierre Prophete and John Kimball. There was one lame excuse after another. At one point the batteries I ordered were "sold to another customer". Then Pierre Prophete couldn't find the other items I ordered. It was just ridiculous.
After multiple phone calls to both Pierre Prophete and John Kimball, the owner of Sun Electronics, my stuff was finally shipped.
Unfortunately the unpleasantness was not over. Pierre Prophete and John Kimball grossly misrepresented their merchendise. The solar items I ordered were defective, and the unpleasantness I had to go through was even worse than the rip-off itself. Later I also discovered numerous problems with their batteries.
I wouldn't rehash all the nastiness that transpired between myself and Pierre Prophete and John Kimball and Sun Electronics.in the end - they ripped me off.
This is what I got to say to you, Pierre Prophete and John Kimball: what goes around comes around!
