I ordered a phaser II off radio advertising on april 4th. Was told would have in 3-6weeks. I kinda forgot about it and called back when got my credit card bill which was billed april 7th by this company.
A rep told me due to the storms ina area their communications were down and was back order for 3weeks at least this was May 8th. I really wanted it so I waited patiently and called back first week of June i got same response product on back order andother 3weeks i was told. I told the rep i wanted my money back before even got a product coz taking forever. I was told would take 3weeks to process my refund adv fine whatever. I just assumed would be credited back by this time july 18th when i called coz the credit didnt appear on my credit card so i called complained coz been paying interest on the purchase now for 3 months and no product, they sd would take 30 days to put back on my card. I requested a supervisor left her a message didnt get callback!
Called today july 30th get same excuse in accounting in process of being credited back to my credit card by end of the week. I demanded a supervisor not a voicemail either live person lady sent me to karen voicemail i left message. I then called right back got same whinney uncooperative rep I ripped her a new one and hung up phone. That supervisor called right back in 3 minutes to tell me that my refund would be 2moro and was apoligetic. We will see 2moro if just another lie. I will get my $
