Advertises as New and ships remanufactured Systems. I attempted to register product, Garmin verified it as already registered, returned, repaired and sent out for resale.
Seller insistes it is new and stated Garmin was using old #'s over and he could take care of the problem of registering in 48 hours. Garmin denies such. Seller has not responded to E-mails from me since 7/12/08.
Evidence I have in possession shows misrepresentatation and fraud at a minumin. Seller works world wide, very unreliable in expecting any truth.
