This stupid company, came highly recommended in last months Parenting Magazine. So I figured they are for sure a legit company.
I placed my order on the net on June 1st at night and knew that noone was sitting there waiting for it and would be processed the day after. I was wrong, I did not get a confirmation until I called 3 or 4 days later.
Then I get the same answer to my simple question of how long will it take to receive, 7-10 business days. Later that night I received a tracking number and was so impressed. But of course all they did was generating one and did not actually ship it for an entire FULL WEEK coming from Canada which was odd since the company is located in California.
Finally after two weeks I received my crap and I am not kidding CRAP is putting it mild.
The same day I got the items I called to return them because the bluetooth sucked and the connection which was by wire for the MP3 player did not work at all on any of them.
They had the nerve to tell me I am responsible to pay for shipping back if I want my money back. I simply said in a very calm and relaxed voice, that if I do not have it paid for, I will simply dispute with amex.
I received it right away.
Now that they have my items in their hands they push off giving me back my money.
If anyone from ToothPik are reading this. The charge back willc ost you more than the profit made on it was. Refund or I will literally take it back the right way.
