I purchased a new XBOX 360 for $500, a month later it stopped working. I called customer service and sent it to get fixed, they sent me a refurbished (used) one back and the power cord dosn't even fit. The refurbished one is $200 less than what I payed for and now it will take 2 weeks to get the right power cord. Costomer service says they cannot send me a new XBOX 360 and they don't have any superrvisor's that I can speak to because their supervisors do not make or receive calls.
