I purchased an Optiquest Q20WB that was defective. I shipped it for repair to the local repair depot. It came back promptly and had the same issue within a week. I contacted customer service in December and was told to ship it back and they would ship a replacement from California. I have followed up several times with phone and web chat support. Nothing ever happens. They never e-mail, phone or ship a new monmitor. My RMA status stills shows as this:

Not available? My $250.00 monitor has been missing for 6 months and all I get is RMA not available. I was told by the last csr that the issue has been escalated to the next departmet and I would be e-mailed in 24 hrs, it has been 24 days. Still nothing. This is bad service!!! I have forwarded them my bill of sale, proof of shipment to the depot etc several times. They admit they have the paper work. They have stolen $250.00 from me by not returning a monitor they told me to ship!
