I paid for the item on October 29. On October 30 he email me and said he has mailed the item and sent me this insurance number: va 357 708 143 us
Mr. Owens said that I will get the item in 5-7 days... But I never got it. I emailed him and said that I have not received the item, he never responded.
I phoned US postal service on (nov, 25) and they said they do not have any record of that number.
I also reported to ebay's square trade services that help members resolve such issues, but no luck. I didn't get my $99.03US.
Mr. Owens said that he has filed an insurance claim but I never heard from him again. He doesn't reply to emails anymore.
It has been over a month now and still no sign of any luck.
I can't do anything.
Please help.
