Phone fraud, money order fraud, bank fraud

Hi - i was contacted by a man named Thompton Owens through a relay call saying he wanted to buy one of my puppies. Next thing is he wants to send me a money order for my dog over the amount of asking price. Asking us to cash it immediatly and then send the extra amount to his private agent who would come to get the dog. What happens is the money order is fraudulent and you dont find that out until about 5 days after it is cashed. Then you wind up owing the bank money because of the fake money order and the extra cash is lost. This man has contacted us 4 times under the names Thompton Owens, Tom Owens, Owen Thompton, and Tim Owens.
