This company is a total rip off. I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 650 on May 21. They low ball their price trying to have you buy extra accessories at tremendous mark-up. When ordering, I spoke to a sales person and they told me that I had to have extra memory for the device. I told him if I did that it would bring the price up to what I could pay for it in a store. I called Garmin directly and they said this was not true, I did not need extra memory. I had an email from Steve that my order needed to be verified. He told me he noticed that I had not ordered a power cord. He told me the cord cost $79.99. I told him that I did not need one and please send my order. It is two weeks later and I call to find out the status. I am on hold for 20 minutes. I am told that the item is back-ordered. I asked the girl when was it placed on back-order and I was told the day I called. I have cancelled my order. I have notified my credit card company to be sure that they don't try to bill me. I tried to find their address to report them to the BBB but could not find it.
