I choose vonage, because my local companies rates kept going up and up. They gave me a free trail period of two months. The whole time I had to redail ALL my numbers. Because it would never go thur the first time. When it did go thur, there was always cracking on the line. I tried to contact them several times. Being told they would try better to deal with it.
I've was hung up on and than they tried to charge my account $95.65, because I wanted to cancel. I told them I'm not paying for something you didn't provide, and that was quality phone service.
