I had a 52" Mitsubishi TV that Best Buy had to replace because of them not being able to pay for the lamps we were going through. We then received a 57" TV in replace of the 52". Now we are experiencing the same complications with this television and it's very frustrating. Now we have to go through 3 weeks with 2 children without a television, which is very pleasant. Our warranty that we purchased says that they don't have the lamp in stock, so we have to wait. Great Customer Serive Best Buy... Thanks
