Kenneth D. Hughes, Chem-Free (TM) Default on $300.00 promissory note due on March 9. No commitments to clear

Mr. Hughes asked for, and received, a personal loan from me On Mardh 6, in the amount of $300.00 for emergency purposes with a promise to repay on March 9. He failed to meet that deadline and failed subsequent commitments to repay as of May 3.

Mr. Hughes claimed that the loan would be used for essential componentry nedded to construct Chem-Free products for marketing under the name of Hughes Marine Environmental Technologies, LLC. Legal recourse is pending as a matter of criminal fraud.
