4/16 8:45AM: I place an order for a single bulb for 319.99. Item was to be shipped with 7 day ground shipping.

4/28 10AM: Call ProjectorLampCenter. Friendly representative tells that the item hasn't shipped yet. Doesn't know why. I ask when will it be shipped, he says "it should go out within the next half hour". So, whatever, this happens. I ask that it be shipped by a faster method. He says they can expedite shipping. I then asked will it be here tomorrow, he says "probably".
4/29 1:45PM: I call ProjectorLampCenter for a tracking number. Representative tells me the item is going out tomorrow and that I should have it by Friday. I ask why it isn't being overnighted. He says they don't offer it (their website says otherwise). He goes and speaks with "someone". When he returns he says their is nothing he can do. At this point he had an attitude that he wanted to end the call as soon as possible. I said I want to cancel my order. He puts me on hold while he cancels the order. When he returns he tells me the cancellation number and I ask when this will be reflected on my credit card. He told me 15 - 30 days! Now, they have the technology to take my money instantly, but can't refund it to me for 30 days! I told him this is ridiculous, I want my money back now. As I continued with another sentence he says "Goodbye Sir" and hangs up on me.
After reading around the internet, I have noticed that this place notoriously charges people for warranty coverage that comes with lamp bulbs. Since I didn't fall for this trap, they weren't making much money on me so they just cut me loose.
