Recently, I ordered a 12 Volt 3 Amp adapter for a Sony 500ULX DVD Burner from this company through e-bay. The incorrect adapter fitting was mailed to an address in Florida but when I returned to Australia to use the adapter, the plug fitting was incorrect for the Sony burner.
Upon discovering this malfunction, I immediately e-mailed the problem to Mr. Dib and 12vadapters and recently sent a letter to the address provided but as of this date no response. Although, the e-mail was sent several days ago, the letter was mailed only about a week ago so the company has not had time to receive or respond to the letter. However, prior to ordering the adapter I sope with the person from the company personally and described the adapter. She informed me that an adapter fitting would have to pe attached to the adapter which the company porvided but that attachment does not fit into the burner.
I cannot evaluate this product since it has an improper fitting. Despite not being able to test it, I would think the company would answer its e-mails regarding this minor problem. If you can assist in corecting this problem, it would be beneficial to all.
