What a nightmare I've been through! I ordered a Nikon 40dx camera on December 27. After replying to an email about my cvc number on my credit card, I recieved a message from a company telling me my "purchase" from them going to be delayed. Less than 3 minutes later, got a call from same company (not the camera professionals) that they found out I was a victim of identity theft! Someone at camera professionals had made two purchases from my card for over $800.00!!
When I contacted the camera professionals again, they promised they had a secure site and it was impossible for the occurance to come from them. Giving them the benifit of the doubt, I continued my order with them. Here it is March 26- my "camera" is still on back order, customer service cancelled my so called order very rudely, but they Still have the camera listed on their site for sale! What a rip off.
