Hacked into my bank account and stole the renewal charge!

After 3 failed efforts in March to cost a classic lifeless bank card quantity Symantec had on apply for me, they were able to crack into my banking account or pc, find the new bank card range and cost cash out-of my banking account on March 19th.

I've invested more than 3 hours with Symantec "customer support" previously 2 times. They declare they don't possess the new bank card number. Then how did they utilize it to charge my bill? Where did they get my new bank card number since neither I or my lender offered it for them and approved it is use?
