I purchased a Supracam for my adult son for Christmas at a medical conference. When I did so I explained to the salesperson that I would not be able to return it until will after Christmas since my son lived our of state and if he didn't like it, he'd have to return it to me and me to the company.
With in the time frame allowed with the extension for my circumstances, I returned it to the company. They signed for it on 1/16/08. When I had yet to receive a reply by 3/18/08, I contacted the company.
They told me they would put the check in the mail.
Today 3/22/08, I received a check minus $50.
Now they can take 2 full months to return my money that they had held since I purchased the camera with cash in early December, but they not only don't return my money until I call, but they keep $50 of it.
