I got a pure ion cleaner at brookstone I tryed returned to the store at tampa fl they would not take it back. It was on recall. I had to pay shipping to send it back. They gave me a gift card for 314.00 not my money back. Ripoff. I report it to brookstones web site they did not put it on there web site on reviews? Igot the run around for weeks and i got the gift card. It was send with zero money on it. I called two times and they put money on it.
