Can't run XP and Vists on one drive. Buy more memory. Downgrade to XP voids warranty. Seattle washington nationwide

I have programs that I need to run on XP, they do not tun on Vista. They told me I can not run XP and Vista on one drive due to technical reasons and I know you can.
Tried to sell me more memory and i explained that it was a compatiblity issue and i need XP. Told me that if I downgrade to XP I void my warranty, EVEN though it does not work now I lose my warranty if I downgrade.

I just need a legal copy of Win XP so I can use this computer!!! They have no way to offer me to use this software other than losing my warranty.
