Consulted with Online Trained Sales Specialist since they do not have phone number on web site. They confirmed Model # of merchandise I was ordering I ordered and then received a different model upon delivery. I therefore had to pay for restocking fee of merchandise as their own employee had mistanken the model. I saved the online conversation from their employee however they still maintained to charge me restocking fee however they have since put Model # on the description on the item of the web site. Buyer BEWARE as even if it the item is what you were lead to believe you arae ordering you have to pay restocking fee.
