Walmart would not exchange this tv. No buttons work on the remote or the TV. Just the power button. This has been sent back TWICE now. Customer service lies and claims theyre not aware of problem even though there are several forums online all claiming the same issue. A few of the reps lied to us and told us "home office" would call us back. There is no home office and no one ever calls back. I spoke to a supervisor and she blamed me for shopping at Walmart. Unbelievable. They promised a replacement TV if they couldn't fix it. Well, we know how that ended. Now when I call, they claim they don't have records of some of our phone calls. We have been lied to more than once, told we're to blame because we bought it at Walmart and have a TV we bought for $600 that we can't use.
