We closed an account in Penn Valley, CA. When we moved. We returned the equipment from there to the office in Fairfield, CA. Because that is the closest office to our home.
They accepted the equipment (I have receipt) and said that they didn't talk to the Penn Valley office and that they would transfer the equipment to them and we would receive credit via check... Which is the "way" they do it.
That was April.
I contacted Comcast several times and they couldn't find the account, then they transferred me from one person to another. Even after closing the account we received bills as if it was open. Another try at the chat room gave us nothing. The "chat" person wanted to transfer me to another "higher-up" representative but that never happened.
We will probably never see our credit but I hope if you read this report you will never, never do business with Comcast.
