I didn't think it was legal to draw people in to purchase with competitive price, then refuse to ship item after you have executed purchase.
My wife bought sony cyber-shot h9 camera from these bums. They took all of her (our) credit card info and confirmed sale. Next day we received email and then call to 'verify' purchase. They asked again for credit card info (expiration date), then tried hard sell on memory sticks at nearly x10 market rate. After my wife refused, they sent email saying camera out of stock and we must wait 3-4 weeks. After reading about these frauds on other forums, I gather we should not hold our breath...
The biggest concern I guess is that their 'low' prices disrupt market for reputable dealers, and more importantly, they gather private credit card info from people when they have no intention of shipping item. Should we cancel our card now?
They should be put out of business and made an example of to discourage other crooks.
