I ordered a geovanni keyboard that I saw on tv, When ever I would call in to check on the shipping status they would tell me false information. I finally got tired of it and I cancelled the order it just didn't sit right with me.
Instead of cancelling my order, they went ahead and reordered the items without my verbal premission.
Did not find out until a month later when I checked my bank statement and it showed that they withdrawed $105 out of my account for they keyboard that I already cancelled.
When I called to recouncile the problem there was a lack of customer service and a refusal of refund.
