After find purchasing a Direct TV package. Found out a few days later that a free DVD was offered for signing up. When I called them the lady said to go to this secret website and download the form and send it in with my first month statement. I followed the directions to a T. 60 Days later no DVD player made multiple calls to Direct and was told it was coming. On the 75th day I received a letter in the mail saying I was ineligible because I purchased my unit through one of their independent retailers. No where in the advertisement or during any of the dicussions with Direct was this mentioned. Buyer beware. This is a classic case of bait and hook.
