I have purchased an item for this company online. They charged me right away and sent me an email with no tracking number. I've waited over a week for my item but have gotten nothing. When you go to the website and click on the contacts page it says the site has expired. I've sent a dozen emails to the email address listed with no response. I have already contacted the BBB and I expect they will help. I've looked around online and it looks like I'm not the only one they've done this to.
