Filed Chapter 11, I have not received my rebate DC

InPhonic, a provider of wireless services and devices, filed a Chapter 11 petition today in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

I have been cheated. I have not yet received my rebate for the phone I have bought in June.
