Verizon totes 'the network'.
Verizon doesn't provide 'the network'.
On 2 occasions now I've tried sending picture messages of my children to family members.'The network' was too busy to get the messages through.
The first time they refunded me $1. That's right I said one dollar. Many reading this would agree that is a slap in the face not a refund.
The second time they said they were trying to fix the problem so it wouldn't happen again and refunded me $20 - a little better.
Both times I asked to terminate early with no fee. They refused to allow a waive of the fee.
Another example of a big American company who doesn't provide what they promise and because of their stature they push the cusomer arround. Absolutely absurd!!
