Is really called expect a scam

Order#249601-exp for a sony ch-9 15 x camera
was placed via the internet, i saw the scam report and called immediately to the expecam customer service. I was asked if i would like a battery for it because it would not work without it. For an additional charge of course. I said to the agent that the add did not state that on the internet. He said i was getting the imported version not the american version. It was being price compared too other vendors offering the top quality product. When i asked to cancel he hung up in me!
I finally got my order cancelled / cancellation number 6688
someone should do something about this company and their false advertising.
