I hired a stackable washer and dryer from Azuma only a little over 6 months before due to a refural from my apartment supervisor.in the beginning anything factor was okay the system wasn't fresh at all also it didnt work-like it will but I truly didnt anticipate significantly concidering the total amount I had been spending. Following a couple weeks I'd an issue using the device, I'd lots of laundy destroyed within the dryer by some type of oil that originated from the dryer. I named the support dept plus they sent somebody out in only each dayapproximately to repair the issue, and after fighting using the service-man and also the support department. Boss about the telephone they decided to substitute the system with one they'd about the vehicle, (really convient). After serveral weeks of normal use we observed it had been getting increasingly more cycles to dry ANY amout of towels, if it had been just one product or serveral it'd consider atleast 3 rounds, therefore once more i named the support department. They explained to truly have the apartment service-man clear the wall port befor to determine if it had been filthy or blocked, they did also it wasnt. And so I named again to truly have a service-man come and support my device, he arrived in about 3 times and basically told my spouse she wasn't utilizing the dryer precisely, that she wasn't useing the right environment about the dryer for that period. Additionally he DECLINED to wash the dryer vents or every other component since he stated the system was operating correctly based on him... And so I named the support department again and reported concerning the support and required they deliver another service-man out to wash the system or change it. The driver aparently got and bumped about the doorway (even tho my spouse was within the family room) and named directly into his department. And said there is no body house, so that they named my spouse to determine if there is an issue and he or she advised them she was there to inform their man in the future up again, and when again the service-man examined the dryer and stated it was good and he was departing, my spouse subsequently informed him that I'd required him to wash the unit or substitute it, then he stated that he would abandon and deliver another person since he didn't possess the correct resources to wash or support the system, so once again my Partner called me and that I informed her to inform the man to jsut change the unit, the service-man subsequently informed my spouse he would take away the unit and mention another unit to displace it, then he got our unit, transpired steps and remaining, without closeing our doorway towards the likely or informing my spouse if so when he'd be back and so I named the support department again and stated I needed to talk to a boss and also the man that responded the telephone stated she was from the workplace that i can keep her a voice-mail, and after trying to explain to him by what had happend i quit a note for that boss to contact me back asap. I never heard from them again. Don't make use of this organization for almost any thing-they don't worry about their clients.
