I ordered a GPS device and was please to learn that their price was $50 less than anywhere else that I could find. The next morning, I got an email that I needed to call them about my order. After a long hold, they tried to sell me memory that was way over-priced, as well as their warranty plan. I refused and they confirmed my order. Not 5 minutes later I get an email saying they were sorry but my item was not in stock and might take 4-5 weeks to be filled. But, they also included an address which allows you to cancel the order. My guess is that they NEVER intended to fill the order and even 4-5 weeks later, they would be telling me it was backordered.
They should be ashamed. Does shame exist in NYCity
