I took my sony digital camera by the store for the second time for repair. The first time they replaced it. The second time Amy Shiftlet told me that it would take a max of two weeks. That was fine because i would have it back in time for thanksgiving and other important dates. When it was not back, I went to the store and they said that the order was open. I ask them if they could track my camera and see what the hold-up was. I was told there was no way they could track it and they would only know about it when it arrives at their store. It has been one month and i have been back to the store, as well as call several times and I get the same story... It was last updated on 11-9 and thats all we know. I find it hard to beleive that they cannot track my camera or get it back. I also use this camera for my business and this has made it very difficult for me.
