Dogg digital audio is huge scam! I cannot believe they are still allowed to opperate and have not been shut down. My experience almost identical to everyone els's. I was approached by 2 men in thier early 20's. One was a hispanic slick talker with tatoos all over one arm and some on the other. The other was a young white punk with piercings and such.
They told me they received too much stock and they had to get rid of it before thier lunch break was over. Thier catolog was old and weathered so I know theyve used it a lot. Of course I didnt piece it together untill Id already been had. I saw the fancy brochure and the 2,000.00 price tag (PER SPEAKER!) so i traded them 1,000.00 worth of car stereo equipment for a pair, thinking I got a good deal... WRONG! When I went to look dogg digital audio up on the internet, I found all the consumer complaintss. So I opened up the speaker box, and low and behold, only 1 of the 3 speakers was functional. The other two where dummies, which typically is not consistant of a 2,000.00 dollar piece of "top quality-yeah, right equipment".in short, I got scammed. Someone should call Datline or 20/20. If I ever see them or anyone doing the same thing again... Well, let's put it this way, there will no witnesses. GUARANTEED!
