I have a $10,000 network system that i purchased from this company.
One of my camera's malfunctioned. The camera is worth $2500.00.
Axis doesnt want to replace the defective item.
Now i am stuck with this broken camera that i cannot return nor exchange not even get serviced form them.
I want justice. I want my camera replaced with a new one in addition i would like to have an one extra for the inconeinence they have put me through.
