We are being charged a restocking fee for returning a product that did not work as stated in our contract. We have tried to contact them about this issue with no results. The product did not function properly and they were unable to provide the service they were contracted to provide. There is a outstanding balance of 1,9582.25. We have been in contact with the manufacture Altigen to find resolution with no results. This restocking fee is unfair We are being charged for training which was never provided as well as other services stated in the contract. The restocking fee should only be applied to the cost of the actual system not the entire contract.
