I placed an order for a Sony (dsc-h3 cybershot) digital camera on this website based on a price comparison search thru EVERYPRICE. Camera was listed in stock (and still is). Got a call back within 15 minutes from their customer service to confirm order... Then the B.S. Started. Tried to sell me v-e-r-y overpriced accessories (battery-memory stick, etc.)
When I declined the xtras, the rep said 'congratulations, your order has been cancelled'. WHen i asked why he just said 'I have to hang-up now'. I then got an e-mail stating that my charge card had been declined. This was obviously just to cover their disreputable behavior. I called my Mastercard. The charge was never even submitted. All these low-price places in Brooklyn do the same thing. Lure the customer with low prices and then try to sell you extremely pricey accessories. They are all run by the same group of people. You know who you are!
