I bought this from the Organization named Open Chute, inc also it got over fourteen days to get. There return policy is horrible, I'd never purchase something from their website again. After I ultimately employed the equipment the caffeine includes a regularly burnt flavor no real matter what you need to do and incredibly small crema. I named Breville plus they stated they'd substitute it however they were likely to deliver me a restored device which Mike Nealy overlooked to inform me. I bought a $300 device and he is likely to deliver me somebody elses bit of crap. Breville clearly doesn't uphold their goods. Don't PURCHASE Breville espresso machines. It is appears like work in Florida is just a one-man display with small quality. When the organization was deceit they'd have delivered me a brand new one. Unreal! $300 invested for garbage.
