About 4 months ago I had a home security cctv monitoring system installed at my house by the self proclaimed "Security Camera Specialist" Steven Roebuck. Within a month my $3,000.00 camera system went out. At which point I contacted Mr. Steven Roebuck to make good on his 1 year parts and labor warranty. Steven Roebuck said he would come out and get the cameras up and running again. It has been over 2 months since I have heard from Steven Roebuck who has dodged countless phone calls and not once returned any of my phone calls regarding the numerous voice mail messages or e-mails I sent. I would not recommend 247 Secure Systems - Steven Roebuck to my worst enemy. Angry Man, Chicago, IL.
