I had my credit card charged for $387.00 from Verizon wireless web store, there was not direct phone number and I try to get some one to give me credit back for charges not related to my service or product and no one seems to know why or what the charges for and after spending month after month of phone to customer services for hours at time to correct the matter I finally got worn out and give up on fighting this matter, any one else had similar problem with phone company?
