On 4/9 I purchased an Oster blender, (Model# 6629). I selected this producer and design due to the $10.00 refund. I finished the refund form ensuring it had been comleted properly and surrounded all of the required products such as the advantages signal and shipped it on 4/11. I actually ensured it had been postmarked prior to the 4/15 contract. The rebate mentioned to permit 12 months for that refund. On 7/25 I named the Oster customer support, (800-334-0759) and was informed there is a glitch within the program plus they might send the refund and that I must obtain it in aprox 14 days. It's now 9/5 way past the 2 weeks and I have never received the refund. I called back again to the 800# only today and was informed it appears like it had been delivered. I mentioned perhaps it had been, but I've never gotten any refund. The repetition subsequently explained she'd forward my info to her boss. I stated that is okay. I subsequently created the repetition conscious that I observe on the web there are many precise grievances plus some have waited 9 weeks but still haven't obtained their refund. Personally I think the organization doesn't deliver the discounts out, CONSIDERING many people don't monitor them-and may ultimately quit... ALTHOUGH NOT ME! I've stored copies of product that I submitted the cover, have a duplicate displaying the postmark!
