I have a dish network account and i have never been late on a bill. I have auto pay. They just recently charged me on too many times on my bank account and offered to charge it to my next bill. I told the i want a full refund and they informed me that it would take 24 hours. Its been four weeks and my bank still suffers from this and all i get is the run around and foul language with customer service.
This was a simple refund and has turned into a matter where i just wanted my money back, but now im having to change all my bills around this matter which is something that i shouldnt have to do or put up with and all i get is a sorry. I want to find out how to file suit against this. Im looking into someone that could help me with this matter. If anyone is willing to give me some advice about this matter i would appreciate it. Thank you
