I submitted two rebates with letstalk for $130 each for two phones purchased. I sent two identical rebate packages with exactly the same information in each. I actually received one of the rebates as promised.
However, the other rebate was denied because they said that I did not submit a packaging slip (which I know for a fact that I did). Nonetheless, I began to play the "game" of sending more information to them via fax, e-mail, and mail. This resulted in nothing but frustration after frustration until finally my rebate submission dates had expired. I am still, 1 1/2 years later, trying to deal with them concerning this rebate.
I have spoken to "resolution specialists" on numerous occasions with the same "promise" of resolving the situation (it is a complete waste of time speaking to anyone but a supervisor). I have concluded that I will continue to contact them on a weekly, maybe even daily, basis until someone resolves the my rebate problem.
