I ordered a Samsung cell case on 7/10 w / 3-day shipping. On 7/16 I actually got domeone to answe their phone. A male stated that the case was on back order, and that he would wave the 3-day shipping charge of $9.26, and that I would be receiving the case by the end of the week (7/20). Today is the 24th and still no case. The customer service number answers as a fax machine, and they have yet to answer any of the numerous email s I have sent. Why is GOOGLE still listing this site? I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, this site, and to file complaints. I am interested in any action taken against this fraudulent company.
