About 15 weeks before I purchased a Riccar vacuum.inside a couple of months the engine burned-out and also the dirt brush case dropped down. The vacuum shop changed the engine. Per month before that engine burned-out too. I got the equipment back plus they requested another new engine. After I visited get the equipment, the shop individual explained that white dust/soil blocked the engine, that was the problem of my rug or even the fundamental mat (5 yrs old, interior/outdoor rug without any heap, in a-2 area house.) I transformed bags regular, cleaned the foam filter frequently, and held that device perfect. The shop individual stated the organization won't recognize the guarantee anymore due to these 2 engines. I've never had this issue with any vacuum before, and people all got a lot more use, and on heavier rugs than my existing one. I no further trust the corporation.
