Our company purchased a Ricoh Copier and signed a lease agreement. We had an earlier dispute about Line 16 another bogus charge for items not required but charged for as it was in the contract. After a few calls they waived it.
Now I see where we are being charged monthly for "Supply Freight". We have received only two supply shipments and yet we are billed monthly for freight. When I questioned it, I was advised it is in the contract to be charged this amount every month even if no supplies are sent. Part of service agreement. What BULL!
SCAM - I previously had a service agreement with VSI on a Sharp copier and was billed Freight only when supplies were sent. I have advised them to either remove charges and put in writing. They are welcome to come get copier as I've had enough of the hidden charges COPYFAX sticks you with.
