Incompetent, liars, bs company ripoff bumtuck

On Tuesday, May 29th I called JVC at www.jvc.com and ordered a DVD Burner, an external charger, a regular charger and blank DVDS. The order came to almost $400. I asked the woman who took my order if everything was in stock. She said yes. I needed to burn my vacation videos from Cayman Island, Costa Maya, Belize and Cozumel, my sons first Discovery Scuba dive, first dolphin swim etc. Plus I do permanent makeup and had to burn the Before & After pictures to disc. Because "Everything was in stock" and ready to go and my biggest concern was the DVD Burner, I went ahead and paid for 2 day air. On Thursday June 1st I received my package. It contained the chargers and discs but no DVD Burner. I was furious. This is the email verbatim I sent to JVC:

Dear Sir,

When I placed my Order, I asked the woman to check and make sure that everything I ordered was IN STOCK and available to ship. She said everything was IN STOCK and ready to go. I get my order 2 day air, I just received it
yesterday and the DVD Burner was BACK ORDERED. I am very upset at this, I feel I was lied to. I want to CANCEL my order for the DVD burner ASAP. I want my credit card reimbursed immediately. Make this happen immediately.

So then JVC sends it out anyway. Here's their email:

THEN MY JVC CAMCORDER IS STOLEN OVER THE WEEKEND, on June 3rd. I didn't PAY 2 Day Air for the DVD Burner just to let it sit around and gather fracking DUST.

This is the email I sent after I was robbed:

I had ordered from your site a JVC GZ-MG67u charger, also an external charger, DVDS and a DVD Burner for my JVC Camcorder Serial # 131K0527. The woman who took my order assured me that every item I ordered was
in stock. I specifically ASKED her to check. She said there was no problem with the 4 items I ordered, all in stock and I'd receive my order in 2 days. So I receive my order 2 days later. The DVD Burner was backordered. I
was very upset because I had been blatantly lied to. I ordered the DVD Burner so I could burn my before and after pictures for permanent makeup and my irreplaceable vacation videos with my children in Cayman Island,
Costa Maya, Belize and Cozumel showing their first Scuba Dive and swimming with Dolphins and our cruise. Over the weekend after my shipment MINUS the DVD Burner arrived, my camcorder was stolen. I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS.
I am filing a BBB, Chamber of Commerce, Consumer Affairs and usacomplaints.com Complaints. You people LIE to customers. You're a bunch of lying sucks and I'm going to make absolutely sure everybody knows how you lie and what you do to your customers just because you
see dollar signs and couldn't give a crap about anything else but your bottom line.

A Representative of JVC said he would get to the bottom of WHY the woman told me everything was in stock when it was not. I've yet to hear back from him. But what's to be expected from a company that has no ethical or moral values and only see dollar signs? JVC SUCKS. The DVD Burner arrived this week but guess frackin what? I HAVE NOTHING TO DOWNLOAD NOW AS MY CAMCORDER'S BEEN STOLEN. Do not do business with these (^&%^$#$%^&* () (&^%$#$%^&* ()!!!
