Albert Arcuri, CEO of Clear Connection Wireless, offered to sell my business some Motorola V3 Razr phones. I chose to purchase 35 of these Motorola's for $3920.00. He also stated that he would include 35 free Motorola H3 bluetooth headsets, and everything was to be shipped via UPS overnight. He refused to accept credit card payment or COD, and insisted that the payment had to be through Western Union.
Upon wire transferring the money to Albert, he gave me a UPS tracking number. The tracking number showed that the "package" was being delivered by UPS ground and weighed only 2.40 lbs. I immediately called him back to no avail. He didn't call me back or return my emails for a few days.
When my package arrived, it was a small box filled with styrofoam. Needless to say, I've never received any merchandise or a refund from Albert. When we spoke again some time later, he told me that he had to send me a "fake package" so I would release the Western Union Transfer hold on my payment, and that the "actual package" was no en route via USPS priority mail. I asked him for a tracking number, but he said that there was no tracking number. Needless to say, I never received any phones, and now he is claiming that the USPS has stolen the phones. He is not returning my calls or emails.
Since then, I've reported him to the FBI, BBB, Orlando Dept of Consumer Fraud, Orlando Police Dept. Take a lesson from my experience with him and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. If I do receive a refund, which I doubt, I will update my posting to let you know. I plan to take this matter to court. I will update my report either way.
