I ordered a RPTV lamp for my tv in march, it worked for 6 days and had to sent back. Took 3 weeks to get a repsonse. Was told it was shipped on the 26 of march and should receive by the 2nd of may and never received it. Checked tracking number a said it was delivered, but checked with neighbors and no one show anything (live in a condo), called fedex and was told to file a claim with the company, so called the company on the 3rd of may and was told that since it said it was delivered that I was pretty much out of luck. Had to go out a buy a new one which was $250 and now am out the $169 and now am out a total of $419 (including the new bulb and the 169 for the other lamp). Bad customer service and they try to say it out of they hands, I will never buy from again and would not recommend them to anyone. And emailed and never have got a response
